📊 XAUUSD – Tuesday Analysis
❓ Is Gold Still Bearish?
Yes, The overall market structure remains bearish, especially after Friday’s strong NFP sell-off below the psychological *$4,500* level.
However, I’m not interested in blindly selling Gold today.
The key question is:
❓ Where Is the Liquidity Sitting?
In my view, there is currently significant liquidity on the selling side.
After the breakdown below $4,500, many traders are likely looking for pullbacks to sell. This creates a crowded bearish setup and increases the possibility of a *liquidity trap* if Gold starts moving higher.
❓ What Is My Key Level Today?
*$4,420* is the most important level for my plan.
- Below *$4,420* → *NO TRADE*
* Above *$4,420* → *Bullish interest begins*
I don't want to force a trade simply because the broader structure is bearish.
❓ When Will I Consider Buying?
The most important confirmation level is *$4,435*.
If Gold gives a proper candle close above *$4,435*, it would indicate that buyers are starting to gain control.
At that point, I would look for a potential upside move.
🎯 What Are the Upside Targets?
If the bullish setup confirms:
- 🎯 *Target 1:* $4,454
* 🎯 *Target 2:* $4,464
* 🚀 *Target 3:* $4,480+
If Gold reaches the $4,480 area, holds its strength, and continues to build bullish structure, further upside could become possible.
❓ Why Could Gold Move Higher Despite the Bearish Structure?
Because market expectations may already be heavily bearish.
Traders have several reasons to sell:
- Bearish market structure
* Breakdown below $4,500
* Friday's NFP sell-off
* Expectation of another bearish Tuesday
* Pullback-selling mentality
When too many traders become comfortable on the same side of the market, their stop-losses and positions can become potential liquidity for the opposite move.
❓ What Is the Main Idea Behind Today's Setup?
I don't want to chase the crowd.
