US The S&P 500 edged lower on Thursday following two consecutive days of gains, as investors evaluated the latest corporate earnings. The broad market index decreased by 0.1%, with the Nasdaq Composite staying close to unchanged. In contrast, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 332 points, or 0.7%. Commodity Gold prices fell 1% on Thursday as the dollar strengthened and investors took profits. Spot gold dropped to $2,849.89, while U.S. futures fell to $2,875. Oil prices also declined amid oversupply concerns, with Brent crude at $74.18 and U.S. WTI at $70.50.
