Morning traders, new pending order short EURCHF as we take profit on AUDCHF shorts and look for a better risk reward with EURCHF shorts so make sure to check the details of the trade Not much else to mention, GBP is being volatile on political headlines but we don't see a trade on it yet, our focus is on EURCHF shorts and EURUSD shorts from higher up around 0.99500, will be back with the latest from Goldmans in a minute to see what they are up to this week

Morning traders, beautiful pullback on the Dollar to start the week, we let this unfold and extend as much as it wants then we will use it to position on Dollar longs at the right levels, I'm watching AUDUSD in particular, if we can short it once again from the 0.67600 resistance zone that would be great Other than that, loads of FED speakers are scheduled this week so we listen closely for hints at what they think their next move with the interest rate is, we want to hear hawkishness from them to further support Dollar strength, simply, the more another rate hike gets supported by FED speakers the more it gets priced in and thus the more the USD strengthens Will be back with the latest from Goldmans in a minute to see if they are taking any new trade

Morning traders, I'm seeing a big beautiful bearish engulfing on the daily on GBPUSD, and that I think will be enough to get me into shorts over the next couple of sessions Yes, currently we should expect a bit more Dollar strength heading into the FOMC next week, the current context feels a mix of risk off sentiment with also some hawkish expectations for the upcoming rate decision, a 25bps is sealed in but now there is some sentiment growing for even another 25bps hike at the June rate decision, NOT sure about that because between now and then the pressure on banks could resurface but we will see Either way, my focus remains on USD longs at the moment, open to changing my mind quickly if the PCE on Friday prints soft, but for now, I will be looking for GBPUSD shorts near 1.24800, no pending order placed yet

Latest from Goldmans, they are going short EURGBP, mostly as a GBP bullish trade but with a hint of EUR bearishness as well I like the trade, inflation has been stubbornly high in the UK so there is also room for a hawkish BoE rate decision this week, I will be doing some further reading about the whole context since I haven't been diving deep much into the UK data lately except the inflation numbers but we will likely get into the trade today

Latest from Goldmans, no new trade recommendation and nothing really actionable this week from them They acknowledge that there has been little progress with inflation tho, which is what makes me lean toward a hawkish FOMC this week but we will see, for now still watching EURUSD to enter some potential shorts over the next couple of sessions
