It placed (1) at $28.99 low, (2) at $40.19 high, (3) at $19.91 low & favors bounce in A of (4). It expects to bounce in (4) in 3 or 7 swings before turning lower in (5) in extreme areas, where buyers expect to enter the market for at least 3 swing higher or next sequence up.
