This is mine as an example:
I referred to my trading history to help gauge how things went this week from an objective perspective.
1. The start of the week was the highlight of the week with a sell trade on the AUDUSD and a buy trade on the NZDUSD. These were executed with strict risk management and stuck with the plan discussed in the currency call on Monday.
2. Holding my NZDUSD buy trade as a new position into Friday evening was the low point considering the volatility that took place with the US dollar. I did close this out before the stop loss although it was a position that should of been ended earlier to avoid unnecessary losses considering the low probability of the trade reversing before the NFP release.
3. I focused on having a bit more quiet time during the week after trading was completed and used my phone less after work to allow my mind have a rest and recharge.
4. During my lunch I'll re listen to Gim Hong's segments of the currency call to help my understanding of the key economic events.
