It is observed that USD traded lower against all major currencies – with the exception of Yen. This is fueled by uncertainties over the US economy after the expiry of extra $600 unemployment benefits which drove investors out of USD dollars.
1) EUR/USD moved up to its strongest level since October 2018
2) USD/CHF moved to its weakest level since March.
3) AUD and NZD also recorded multi month highs against the USD.
4) CAD rose to a one month high.
